Description
Not what i ussually do, but its a lot of fun playing with the kids so i taught i„d share it.
the dice mechanism is a little bit over engineered but works great, and handles a lot of abuse
the assembly is pretty self explanatory.
also you will need to cut 5 pieces of 1mm plexiglass since there is no fully transparent 3d printed material
it uses 4 metal compression springs and 6 2.5x10 self tapping screws
To play Trouble, each player moves their colored pegs around the board and into their finish zone, with the first player to get all pegs in the finish area winning.Players roll the Pop-O-Matic die roller and move pegs clockwise on the outer track.Key actions include rolling a 6 to move a peg to the start space and get another turn, landing on an opponent's peg to send it back to their home, and avoiding landing on your own pegs.
Setup
Gameplay
On Your Turn: Press the Pop-O-Matic die roller to roll the die.
Rolling a 6: You can either move a peg from your home to your start space or move a peg on the outer track six spaces. After moving, you get to pop and roll again.
Rolling a 1: In most original games, a "1" does nothing, and the next player takes their turn. However, some versions state that a "1" allows every other player to move one of their pegs out of their home to their start space.
Rolling a 2-5: You move a peg on the outer track the number of spaces rolled.
Landing on an Opponent's Peg: You take that space and send the opponent's peg back to their home.
Landing on Your Own Peg: You cannot move to that space, and your turn ends if it's your only available move.
Entering the Finish Zone: To get a peg into the finish zone, you need to roll the exact count.
