QR Code + Text Label Tag for Shelf

A simple and customizable label tag designed to display QR codes and text for your shelf items. 🖼️📱
Originally designed for the LACK shelf from IKEA, this model fits perfectly on any shelf or bookcase with a thickness of  5 cm — making it ideal for organizing or showcasing your displayed objects.

This model consists of two parts: a standard clip (included in the download files) that slides onto your shelf edge, and a customizable plate where you can add your own QR code and text. The clean, minimal design keeps your display organized while providing quick access to digital information such as manuals, PDF files, or additional content.

⚙️ Customization made easy:

• Click the CUSTOMIZE button on this page
• Enter your link or text in the “message” field to generate a QR code
• Enter your custom text in the “custom text” field
• Optionally adjust text height and model colors — a higher text height is recommended for better resolution

🧩 Easy to print and assemble:

• Prints without supports or glue
• Snap-fit design — just slide the plate into the holder
• No glue, tape, or screws needed — just push the clip onto your shelf
• It is recommended to print the clip on a smooth PEI plate to avoid color and texture mismatches between the clip and the plate
