Hello guys!

This time, I prepared a Wolverine model.

Actually, I reused the male model I uploaded before, but it looked too weak, so I remodeled it from scratch.

The face is recycled. I don't like it either. But investing time in it doesn't seem to increase downloads.

By the way, TPU material is required, so I’m sorry, but those without TPU probably won’t be able to assemble it.

I printed this with X1C, P1S, 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height, PLA, TPU, on a Bambu Cool Plate with SuperTack (TPU on a PEI plate)

— all without any print failures.

The model is approximately 220mm tall.

In the past, I divided the parts into very small sections to keep all the fine details, but I’m not doing that anymore.

It’s exhausting for me to model that way, and it’s also hard for you to assemble.

So this time I just made it to capture the overall feel.

After all, it’s not like many people will download it anyway, haha.

And this time I used TPU material for the joints.

When I used only PLA, after a few days the joints would become loose, to the point that the figure could barely stand.
Personally, I really disliked that.

It might be inconvenient or difficult for you to print and assemble using TPU, but I decided to go with this method anyway.

So only print this if you really want to!

And once again, I won’t be providing a manual.
Please refer to the YouTube video. I don’t want anyone to take my modeling work — along with the manual — and sell it without permission.
Thanks for understanding.

Since everyone’s printer condition and materials are different, some people may have no issues printing and assembling, while others might encounter problems.

If you have printing issues, I recommend downloading the profile and printing only the problematic parts separately in Bambu Studio on your PC.

If you have assembly issues, try adjusting the XY tolerance little by little, reprint, and try again.

And for the split head part, I gave it a generous tolerance, so just glue it in place. The split arms and weapons have a good tolerance, but they fall off easily, so just glue them in place.

I tested with three different colors of TPU, and it seems that black doesn’t hold the joints as well compared to white and yellow.
If the joints are too loose, try adding 0.02–0.1 mm of horizontal expansion on the X-Y axis for the TPU parts and reprint.

My generic black TPU was stretched 0.1mm and worked perfectly.

I’m sorry I can’t help everyone individually, but I think some personal effort is needed too.

Anyway, I hope you all have a great time.
