Clip-in Ikea Samla divider 5L

You have an Ikea Samla Box but want to put several things inside without them mixing? With this simple model, you can do just that!

The divider is designed in such a way that you can also put things on just one side without it tipping over. The clip with the partition can withstand vibrations, such as during transportation. This design is for the 5L Box!

The installation is also very simple and quick, and the best part is that the lid fits on it effortlessly.

Print-Settings

Material: PLA, PETG,… (as you wish)

Layer hight: 0.2mm will do the job.
Inflill: 10-20% is enough. If you want it to be a bit heavy go for 100%

Support: no

Brim: yes if you print the the clips Layer by Layer, no if you print it object by object

In the uploaded profile, I used for the Clips object by object. Depending on how clean your nozzle is, the type of filament you use, and the print bed you have, the clips may come off. Printing with the "Object by Object" setting works quite well in preventing this issue. If you`re using a X1C, I recommend to disable the option “First Layer Inspection” for the clip. You can do so directly in Bambu Studio (Device Tab):

Trivia: The number on the Plate is a reference to the Brick Element 96874 aka Brick Separator. I designed this, to separate lager amounts of bricks inside a Samla box.
