Remixing @LoboCNC's excellent model for a print-in-place bottle cleaning brush with an extended handle for cleaning taller bottles with small mouths. The design is quite cool: using only filament, this creates 360 degrees of brush bristles!

As modeled, this prints 3 parts that screw together into a 40 cm (~16") long brush with a ~2.6 cm (1") diameter brush capable of cleaning inside bottles with mouths of 1.3 cm (0.6") or more.

Please see the instructions from the original model (repasted below); you'll need to print the included shearing tool and follow the original designer's steps for shearing the bristles from the sheath that enables bristle printing. The bristles turn out fairly durable but some bend and break with use; when your first brush head becomes too worn, you can just print and shear a replacement and screw it into the existing handle.

*** original model's instructions ***

This bottle brush prints pretty easily (use exactly 0.2mm layers) but the tricky part is freeing the bristles from the outer support tube. To do that, I've created a separate shearing tool that you press inside the brush support tube to shear off the ends of the bristles.

I printed this in PLA which creates stiffer, but more brittle, bristles. PETG might be a better choice for using it to actually clean bottles. Also, make sure to use the “Random” seam alignment option so that the seams don't get aligned with the base of the bristles.

After printing, press the shear tool into the non-handle end of the brush support tube. Don't twist it - just press it slowly all the way down the length of the brush until all the bristles have been sheared off. It may help to tap the end of the shear tool with a small mallet.
