Original model by @ianfoulds
This is a 4 can beer cooler with handle and a locking lid. Yes I know printing in black it probably not the best for a cooler but it was what I had. I suggest printing is lighter and more fun colors.
You need 1 lid, 1 bottom, 1 handle, and 2 screws. The handle is fastened to the bottom with the printed screws, it is pretty straight forward to assemble.
The new lid labeled notched has a rounded notch to make taking the lid off easier, I would suggest it.
There are now several bottoms the 142mm version (white lid) comes both with the Chill emboss and blank so that you can emboss with your own summer message. The 142mm is suggested for normal seized cans as it allows enough space to add in a gel freezer pack above the cans for extra cool. The 130mm (purple lid) is the original size and doesn't have that extra space. The 172mm version (I don't have print of ) should be sized for tall boy (16oz) cans.
InFill - the infill is important for the insulating properties. According to our friend gemini the most thermally insulating infill is gyroid, which is what I used at 15%. Feel free to experiment with other infills. Let every one know in the comments if you discover gemini is wrong.
The screws are a perfect fit screw_97 as scaled to 97% in x and y leaving z at 100% so as to loosen the tolerances but keeping the same threading pitch. It that doesn't make sense to you the screw_97 will be a looser fit if you fine the normal ones too tight.
Enjoy your summer!
