2025-12-01 Update: Added optional holes for pliers with spring. Added “plier_count” parameter, now one holder can hold multiple pliers.
2025-11-22 Update: Now the threads have blunt start by default, which should help prevent cross-threading and overtightening. Models with blunt threads have a decorative 'lock' symbol at the bottom. If you prefer the earlier version, or want to use this model with David's original snaps, you can change 'threads_type' in the customizer.
Recommended to use with self-expanding snaps.
An open-source plier holder generator for openGrid. The width, height and depth are customizable. It consist of a stem, the part plier hangs on, and a stopper, which prevent the plier from sliding off. If transition_depth_ratio is set to 1, stem and stopper would merge into a slope.
