Need a bipod for improved accuracy?
Want a flashlight for late-evening plinking?
Feel like doing some hip-fire, cowboy-style can shooting with laser sights?
Missed your first 200 shots and no time to reload?
Or maybe... all of the above?
Underbarrel 22mm Rail (STANAG 4694 NATO Standard)
- Length: 205mm
- Teeth: 21
- Covers the full exposed barrel up to the loading port
- Does not block iron sights
- Fits super tight
- Fully reversible modification
Assembly instructions:
- Remove front sights
- Bolt on top of it is a fake
- There is plastic pad at bottom side, press it hard and it should slide off
- Open the loading hatch
- Press very hard on open loading hatch to force it inside, and slide rail over it
- Use a screwdriver or similar tool to jam the rail fully open to gain extra clearance.
- Its brute force method
- Do not worry about the hatch, it’s made of flexible plastic and can handle anything short of excessive abuse
- Reinstall the front sights.
Mounting Notes
- Rail includes holes for M3 bolts (18mm length is sufficient).
- Bolts are optional—your accessory will clamp the rail tightly enough on its own.
Available Models
- 105mm rail – For a modest gadget loadout
- 205mm rail – For those who want it all
- 100mm extender – Adds to the 105mm rail for maximum length
105 + 100 = same utility as the one-piece 205.
Choose what’s easier to print. Personally, I prefer two smaller pieces for printability.
3D Printing Tips for slicing:
- Mind the seam placement—see attached image for reference.
- No supports needed inside the M3 holes.
It’s easier to drill them out with a 3mm bit than to remove internal supports.
