Description
Window Mounted Swamp Cooler, Removable Hat for easy maintenance, add Ice to one side to keep it extra cool
it actually works. On the highway at constant speed, it gets a very good airflow, adding gel packs inside and the air was very cool in a hot day.
It's not noisy.
