HAT FOR A1 - HARD HAT

 

Sometimes I want my printer to feel like it's up to OSHA standards, and this is a fun and cute way to do so! [For legal reasons, this is satire themed for the model, and in no way related to OSHA]. I designed this small accessory to fit on top of my Bambu Labs A1 using my Crossbeam Adapter model. This model was designed to look like a small hard hat, roughly 60mm in length and 54mm in width at the base. To install, simply slide the back opening into the matching dovetail on my Crossbeam Adapter model. 

⚠️CAUTION⚠️
Before continuing your next print, check for clearance such that the toolhead assembly does not collide with the accessory. Zero your printer position, raise the toolhead to it's highest position, and manually slide the toolhead back and forth horizontally across the gantry to ensure clearance for it and any other add-ons you may have. You don't want to find out the hard way if there is any interference.
