3D Printed Fidget Fabric (Print-in-Place)

 

This 3D printed fidget fabric is a flexible, tactile textile-like material created in one seamless print, with no assembly required. 

 

Designed as a print-in-place structure, it consists of a repeating interlocking pattern that forms a soft, bendable mesh straight off the print bed. The fabric mimics the feel and flow of real textiles while incorporating the rigid characteristics of plastic, making it ideal for fidgeting, sensory play, or as a functional component in cosplay, wearables, or design projects.

 

Each link or segment is precisely spaced to allow for smooth movement and articulation, providing a satisfying tactile experience. The flexible nature of the material makes it easy to fold, drape, or twist, while its lightweight design ensures comfort and usability.
