Headphone Brace Urbanista Los Angeles - Repair / fix broken headband

Uploaded by request, niche usage for specific headphones. Original fusion360 file included for possible adaptation.

My son managed to break the headband on his solar-powered headphones, rendering them quite useless as they didn’t really stay on and bent in the wrong direction. Instead of the landfill: 3D to the rescue.

Spent some time in fusion, made a simple prototype to get the measures right and then finally this. A headphone brace. A tight fit so it stays in place, and open on top to let the sun charge them. Rigid to keep the form but flexible enough to be comfortable. Printed in PLA.

(The model is not a state-of-the-art fusion360 model as I'm quite new to 3d modeling, but it does the work)
