A-to-Z Letter Gift Box — Vase Mode (Revised Edition)

This is a revised version of my original A-to-Z Letter Gift Box model, now improved with smoother curves, softened edges, and an enhanced slicing setup to maximize print quality and efficiency.

🔍 What’s New / Why This Revision Exists

• Edges and curves have been refined to look cleaner and feel better in hand.
• The printing profiles have been fine-tuned to reduce artifacts and improve consistency.
• Efficiency is a major goal: minimal filament use, faster print times, and fewer fails.
• I retained the core concept: each letter A–Z becomes a hollow 3D gift box, optimized for vase-style printing.

🧩 How It Works / Print Profiles

Because not all letters can be printed as a single continuous wall, I use two complementary profiles:

Vase Mode Profile

For letters that can be printed in a true continuous spiral (single wall).
Letters included:  C, E, F, G, H,  J, K, L, M, N, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z

Fake Vase Mode Profile

For letters that require sectioning or special handling (for example, closed loops or multiple strokes). This profile simulates the vase mode effect while respecting the shape’s complexities.
Letters included: A, B, D, I, O, P, Q, R

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 0 %
• Perimeters / walls: 1 (for vase mode)
• Bottom layers: 4
• Top layers: 0

• External wall width: 0.8 mm
