Universal Detachable Car Fuse Holder 12V

This is a universal, detachable fuse holder designed for standard automotive blade fuses (used in cars and motorcycles).
I created this model as a replacement for a stock fuse holder that came integrated with a motorcycle 12V power socket. The original holder was sealed and non-detachable, which made it impossible to route the wire through a narrow gap in the motorcycle frame.

This custom design solves that issue – it can be easily opened, reassembled, and reused.
The holder consists of two interlocking parts, secured together with a 3×12 mm countersunk plastic screw.

To complete the assembly, you’ll need:

• A standard automotive blade fuse (ATC/ATO type),
• Two female spade connectors matching the fuse terminals,
• One 3×12 mm screw with a countersunk head.

All components are shown in the reference photos.
The design allows for easy wire routing and maintenance while ensuring reliable protection for your 12 V circuit.

Recommended filament - i.e. PETG or ABS (for heat resistance).
