Freddy Krueger– Single AMS Print (7 Colors)

Print your nightmares – one AMS plate at a time.

A detailed multi-part bust of the nightmare himself.
Designed so you can print the whole thing with one AMS – no manual swaps, no nightmares during slicing.

🧩 Overview

The model is split into 3 build plates, each using a maximum of 3 colors, perfectly optimized for AMS printing.
Assembly is quick and intuitive.
 

Plates & Colors:

• 🧥 Plate 01: Torso & Sweater – red, green
• 🎩 Plate 02: Hat & Glove – brown, dark brown, metallic gray
• 🧠 Plate 03: Head & Left Hand – skin tone, white.(+black iris if you print it bigger)

🪚 Assembly Notes

• Hat and both hands: glue. has lots of tolerance to allow fine-tuning of the pose you like.
• Head: press-fit to the body; the angle can be adjusted. If it’s too tight, press harder with an adjusted angle. And otherwise a bit of sanding works wonders.
• Eyes: black pupils are modeled in but too tiny to print at small scale – left in for larger versions.
• Supports: minimal, only under a few overhangs.

⚙️ Print Recommendations

• Layer height: 0.20 mm
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Recommended height: 100–200 mm. The model on the plate is approx 15cm assambled.
• Printer: any AMS-equipped printer

🔧 Optional Mod – Posable Glove Upgrade

For the real hobbyists:
Take a thin piece of copper or steel wire (~1 mm) and bend a small hook at one end.
Heat it carefully and press the hooked end into the glove’s wrist – the melted plastic locks it in place.
Then, with a Dremel, drill a tiny hole into the arm and insert the straight end of the wire.

Result:
👉 the glove becomes posable – you can adjust the hand angle anytime.
The embedded hook keeps it secure and gives a touch of eerie realism.

💀 Extra Notes

This design intentionally leaves slight seams for easier alignment and freedom in posing.
It’s a display model, not a toy.
Be patient, enjoy the process – and maybe hum the Elm Street theme while it prints.

 

For the lazy people with plenty time. Also included a plate with everything assembled. 
Sinlge color? Just remove the colors and print it! Sometimes life is easy :)
