Description

Benchy wants to be a slinky fidget toy.

Have fun with it!

✨ Printing tips:
For best results, please use PLA Silk and the settings provided in this print profile with BambuStudio. Regular PLA also works, but you may need to lower the printing temperature slightly.

❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗ IMPORTANT for BambuApp-Users ❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗❗
With the BambuApp your printer is not using the changed filament temperature which is important to separate the layers easily.
(BambuStudio asks if you want to use it, please accept the changed temperature)

To make sure the layers are easy to separate please change temperature between layer 3 and 20 (or later if you forget to do so)

Best temperature:

PLA Silk/Silk+ use 212 °C

PLA/PLA matte use 205 °C

(PLA+ use 205 °C - I do not recommend this filament)

If you forget to change, it will be much harder to seperate the layers.

🚫 Do not use PLA+/PLA Strong or similar materials. (Please also don't use Silk+ as all +Filament is supposted to be stronger and have a stronger layer adhesion and so it's harder to separate the layers)

🌀 Why Slinkys?
Slinky springs always bring back childhood memories for me, which is why I decided to create my own little collection. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

🔧 After printing:
You may need a utility knife (box cutter) at first to separate the layers. After that, the layers should come apart easily by hand.

For playing with it I recommend using the 150 % version.
