Description

需要使用2mm紫铜板切割，同时切割40*40*1.5mm紫铜片焊接在背部面向晶圆处，在预留孔洞内焊接m2*7铜柱螺丝，即可使用原装螺丝盖板

 

PS:谨慎焊接原装导热版，真的会炸

 

本模型源于mi50改4090散热，在焊接原装导热版到散热上时受热不均不慎爆炸，并最终决定改水冷，

本模型未验证可行性，仅打印确认孔位。

另外TB切割2片大板报价80，切割文件见附件DXF
