AMS Flipper Glass Slider Riser V6 – P1S X1C

The V6 version of my popular AMS risers takes everything great from the V5 and improves it even further — now with full compatibility for both AMS 1 and AMS 2 Pro units. It retains all the key benefits of the previous versions while introducing enhanced stability and functionality.

🔧 Key Features:

• Full AMS Compatibility: Supports both AMS 1 and AMS 2 Pro models, ensuring maximum flexibility and future-proof design.
• Stable Tilt-Back Function: The AMS unit can be securely tilted backward, offering even easier access to the interior of your printer for maintenance, cleaning, or adjustments.
• Improved Stability: The riser now provides a more stable and balanced tilt position, addressing feedback from previous versions.
• Sliding Glass Support: You can still slide the glass cover fully backward without any interference.
• Accessory Compatibility: All add-ons from previous riser versions (V4 and V5) remain fully compatible thanks to the unchanged accessory mounting system.

💡 LED Lighting Recommendation:
A high-power LED strip is now included in the BOM for optimal illumination.
For users using weaker LED strips, the previous LED add-on is still fully compatible and helps focus light directly onto the build plate.

🖨️ Print Recommendations:

• Material: PLA or PETG recommended (other materials possible).
• Infill: 15% is sufficient.
• Supports: Not required.
• Precision: The design has tight tolerances — ensure your filament and printer are properly calibrated.
• Print Bed: Keep the surface clean for best adhesion and accuracy.

✅ Dual-Direction Opening – choose between forward or backward glass cover movement.
✅ Secured Mounting – integrated clamps hold the riser firmly to the printer housing.
✅ Accessory Mounts – grooves on both sides for hex panels, IKEA Skadis panels, tool holders, etc.
✅ LED Integration – optimized LED mounting and routing channel for clean cable management.
✅ Optional Stopper – prevents the glass from sliding too far if desired.
