Delightful Pagoda Tower

Easy and beautiful print. Creates a very striking object.

I designed this to take advantage of Bambu Lab's new PETG Translucent. The wall thickness and infill are tuned so that the infill interacts with the light and shows through the walls. The Translucent Gray is my favorite so far. Also can be printed in PLA if you prefer. I like this clear PLA. The spire at the top of the tower prints as a separate piece with very high quality settings allowing you to print it a metallic or decorative filament before attaching it to the tower with a touch of glue.

Assembly:

The lamp is designed to accommodate a 10mm wide 5m long LED strip but you can use whatever you like. I'm using one by Govee as they have a great app for controlling the strip and it's very inexpensive ($15). Just takes a minute or so to install:

1. Attach end of LED strip to cylinder with tape or adhesive backing.

2. Wrap the strip around the cylinder until you get to the end and attach with tape.

3. Insert the plug end of the LED strip through the hole in the base.

4. Thread the screw up through the base into the LED cylinder to secure it.

5. Slide Pagoda portion over the LED cylinder into the base. All done!
