Fits Tool Shop 10″ sliding miter saw – model 2402093 May fit other Tool Shop models but I can't say for sure. The OD of the dust port on my saw measured 1.738″ but was slightly uneven due to being cast. I used calipers not a micrometer to measure so there's also that. I made the adapter’s ID on the saw side 1.740″, It's a snug friction fit, won't fall off. It bottoms out on the lip inside the adapter, not the saw itself, hoping it will help it seal well.
Connects to DeWalt 2.5″ shop vac hoses with a snug slip fit
Clean tapers and round overs on the interior for smooth, un-restricted airflow
Minimal support required
Recommend printing in PETG or ASA for heat and impact resistance This part was modeled and tested in PETG. You may need to scale slightly to account for material shrinkage if printing in other filaments.
Designed with fast printing and efficient filament used in mind
As with all my prints its strong and over built and should hold up to hard use.
