shorter needle file handle

I needed handles for my set of 6 Revell-branded needle files, and I wanted them to fit this basic Gridfinity bin: https://makerworld.com/en/models/134422-4x2-gridfinity-needle-file-storage-for-drawers#profileId-145891, so I designed my own. 

Tip: heating the metal before you slide the file into the handle will make sure that it fits, and does not come off. Some people have applied some glue to the file to avoid it sliding out. With the new parametric version you should be able to tweak the diameter of the hole in the handle yourself.
