Ridge Wallet Samsung Tag 2 Plate Holder

I developed this solution after being unable to locate a suitable holder for the Samsung Tag 2 compatible with my Ridge wallet. This custom plate is designed to fit on top of a metal Ridge wallet and is secured using M2x5 screws.

Since its creation several months ago, I have used this modification consistently, and it has performed reliably without any issues.

 

Remixed

I extracted the frame from the Apple tag model and removed the Apple tag, filling the gaps between the frame and the edges to create a single, solid plate. Subsequently, I integrated a strap holder into the flat plate and eliminated all unnecessary components located outside the tag holder.

 

Printing  Settings

0.12mm Fine print a profile with these changes on it 

(You could go with any preset printer profile as long as the changes below are still enabled, as that's what I found that works)

• Brim type = outer brim only 
• Brim Width = 5mm
• Brim-object gap = 0.0mm
• Supports = Yes

• Samsung Tag 2
• M2x5 Screws or similar (I used these M2x5 Screws )

• Deburring Tool 
• Micro Cutter
• M2 Hex Screw Driver
