Milwaukee Large Organizer double box with insert

Description

This is another version of bins for the Milwaukee Large organizer.

 

There are many fine versions already out there, but i think it is fun to make, so i made my own.

 

In US the number for the organizer is 48-22-8430

 

As you can se in the photo there are 4 main bins :

I made 6 different types of bins with the dividers only going halfway up, so they can be used with the inserts.

 

There is 2 types of inserts

 

• 9 inserts that can be used in top, middle and bottom
• 4 insert that can only be used in the top or bottom. It is due to the rising in the middle of the insert, so it is somewhat flush with the lid

 

 

 

There are also 8 types with the dividers going all the way up.

 

They first 6 can be used both bottom, middle and top, since i did not make the rised divider, so there is a chance small obejcts can go from one side to another.

 

The bottom 2 can only be used at the bootom/top, due to the risers

Printing tips :

 

I have only used Bambu Petg HF red and grey

I use 3 walls for strength

No Aux Fan

And as always mentioned a freshly washed plate and filament that have been dryed ( i have 45 - 50 % humidity in the room)
