Description
Raleigh Chopper Model Bike
Model Bike based off a Raleigh Chopper with rotating wheels, crank and pedals.
Feedback greatly appreciated!
Pre-assembly:
Some parts may need sanding/filing before assembly to ensure a perfect fit.
Tools needed:
**(Drill bits to be used only by hand or pliers to prevent damage to parts)**
2mm drill bit used for gearbox, pedals, brake lever, brake caliper, frame and fork, 4mm drill bit used for saddle, wheel hubs (if needed) and seat post, 5mm drill bit used for headset, 6mm drill bit used for bottom bracket.
Assembly guide
Step 1 (Wheels)
Place the alignment pin (3 White pieces) into the correct cut outs on one half of the wheel.
Apply glue all round and then place the second half of the wheel onto the first. Then slide the disc on to the right side of wheel.

(Repeat step one for front wheel)
Step 2 (Fork Headset & Stem)
Slide fork through the frame and attach headset to the fork with some glue, Next glue the stem to the headset.

Step 3 (Handlebars)
Apply some glue to the stem, next slide the handlebar in the openings on stem.

Step 4 (Brake Lever & Grips)
Slide on brake levers and grips.

Step 5 (Gearbox, Drive Chain & Crank)
Get the drive chain and thread it through the right side of the chain stay on the bike frame. Then glue the end of the chain to the cut out on the ring.

Next slide the crank through the drive chain then the frame and secure on the other side with the crank cap.

Step 6 (Crank Arms, Pedals & Gearbox)
Grab the crankarms and attach them on both sides of the crank via the square holes, next slide the pedals on to the other end of crankarms. (Use a 2mm drill bit by hand to open hole on the pedals) (Apply a little heat to the end of the crankarm and flatten a touch if the pedal slides back off) Then clip the gear box into place on top of the frame.

Step 7 (Gear & wheels)
Slide gear through chain, then on to the right side of rear hub.

Next slide axle through frame and wheel hub then secure on the other side with axle cap.
Repeat axle on front wheel.

STEP 8 (Saddle, Brake Calipers, & Fenders)
Glue the seat post to the saddle then push seat clamp on to frame. Next slide saddle into frame.

Next push on the chain guard and caliper through holes on frame. Then place the rear fender in position and apply some glue to secure in place.

Repeat this Step back to front for the fork.

STEP 9 (Sub Frame & Seat Rest)
Place the sub frame over the rear of the frame and put on the springs.

Next slide the seat rest through saddle strap and over the saddle then onto the frame. Secure in place with pin.
