Description
I designed this shoe rack to clear up the floor space in my closet. It uses 5/8 in dowel found at any big box stores as support. Each of the dowel holes gradually get smaller for a snug fit that doesn't require screws. The end of each rack double as hooks for hanging clothes, hats or belts.
*I used a 6ft x 5/8 in dowel cut in half to make the racks shown above. Print cost is around $4 and the dowls are $5 brings the cost of each rack less than $10

*You might need to use a rubber mallet to ensure the dowels are fully snug in their holes.
* I wear a size M10 and my wife wears W7 and both of our shoes perfectly. I added another print profile with the dowels space a little farther apart to accommodate larger shoes.
*If you are installing multiple racks (as shown above) I space the racks 5.5 inches apart.
