Hunter × Hunter Sign (No AMS Needed)

I made this Hunter x Hunter logo sign for my nephew's Birthday as I’m slowly introducing him to the animes I loved watching growing up… and Sharing up here

The main challenge was to make it printable without AMS and design it like a puzzle, so he could assemble it himself. Some parts are flipped to get the plate texture. I experimented a bit with tolerances to make sure everything fits nicely and It’ll need a bit of glue for assembling. (Next time i will try with joints and clips) but it all comes together really well.
