F1 Pirelli Pole Position Tyre Trophy

Hello guys, this is my interpretation of the pirelli pole position trohpy.

What you nedd for build one youself:

-1 11x7.10-5 Kart tyre (i've used a Levanto Tyre because they don’t have an embossed logo, they have a spray logo but with some acetone you can remove it)

-ABS (optional)

-PLA

Material Used:

Ther Rim (part1 & part2) is printed in Verbatim Aluminium Grey and smoothed with some acetone fumes

The Nut is printed with Bambulab Burgundy Red PLA-CF, i sprayed it with some clear paint (CR33) for a little bit of extra shine

The Pedestal is printed in PLA (Bambulab Basic Black, Basicfil Red, Sunlu Silk Light Gold) all this part are friction fitted

The Sticker is Printed in Red PLA

Assembly:

You need to put the (Part1) of the rim inside the Kart Tyre, after pressure fit the (Part2) of the rim, now you can screw the nut.

For the sticker is a little bit tricky but nothing to worry about, you need to print the PDF file (A4 sheet) attach your 3D printed parts on the A4 paper with some biadhesive tape.

Now put some super glue on the back of the letters and with the paper used as a stencil center the model to the tyre, wait a little bit for the glue to set and you are ready to go.
