Description
You might need to move the purge block after slicing once, since the slicer may not calculate the purge block size correctly first try! If you don't do this the block might collide with the biggest pieces (case top / case bottom / inserts)
You'll need 6 of M4x35 or M4x36 screws, along with either 6 M4 nuts with a dab of loctite/superglue or 6 M4 self locking nuts for the clasps and hinges on the case.
I really liked the pokemon badges (https://makerworld.com/en/collections/892651-pokemon-badges) designed by https://makerworld.com/en/@Nostalgicprints, but I wanted a box to store them nicely, so I whipped up some inserts, then used the rugged box generator (https://makerworld.com/en/models/1243346) to generate a box to hold them! The author has kindly allowed me to include the modified box in my model post as well. Thank you very much to https://makerworld.com/en/@nagy for that <3
I've added holes to the side to allow easy removal of the inserts since they do fit really snugly in the box. You also get to see all the trays you've printed! :) The badges should slide into the holes snugly but be easy enough to remove. There's a finger hole under each badge to let you remove the badge from the insert if you so choose to as well.
The pokemon logos can be coloured to match the inserts/case if you don't have an AMS, or you can even separate them out into the individual parts in the slicer if you want to glue them in later, though the tolerances will be a little tight.
