Born from the shadows of forgotten halls and the twisted elegance of the Addams family estate, the Nevermore Vase isn’t interested in blending in. While countless geometric vases march in neat little rows across MakerWorld, this one lurks apart — strange, beautiful, and unapologetically macabre.

Its shape is inspired by the dark corridors of Nevermore Academy, where secrets whisper through the walls and beauty hides behind the unsettling. It is also a tribute to Poe’s immortal raven — a reminder that even objects can carry stories, if they dare to be different.

Display it empty as a sculptural relic, or fill it with flowers and branches to create an arrangement worthy of a haunted parlor. Either way, this is a piece meant not just to hold life, but to haunt it.

🧪 Watertightness & Preparation

Due to the nature of 3D printing, achieving a truly watertight vase can be challenging. The walls of the Nevermore Vase have been intentionally thickened to improve its resistance to seepage, but sealing the interior surface with a thin layer of epoxy, polyurethane, or similar coating is still recommended if you intend to hold water.

💡 Tip: If you plan to seal the interior, you may safely reduce the walls back to a standard 2 perimeters to conserve material and print time.

🧴 Material Choice: If you do not plan to seal the interior, printing in PETG (or another water-resistant filament) is highly recommended. PLA will slowly degrade and become brittle with long-term water exposure.

🛠️ Printing Notes

• Supports are required. For the cleanest aesthetic results, a dedicated support material is strongly recommended.
• A subtle ring at the base prevents supports from clinging too closely to the vase itself, ensuring a cleaner finish after removal.
• Print upright for optimal layer bonding and structural integrity.
