H2D H2S Aux Fan Deflector _Very Clean Look & Print

I designed this for the x1c a long time ago, it was downloaded thousands of times and I kept getting requests to do this for the H2 Series, so here is my Aux Fan Deflector for the H2 series printers.

 

This stops the aux fan from blowing directly on the print and cooling the side closer to the fan than the other and causing warping and lifting. You can turn this fan off in the settings, but this can be a pain because you have to do it every time, very seldom do you need this fan, so it is easier to reverse the thought and stop it from interfering all the time unless you need it.  

Not all openings are the same size. I had people complain it was too tight and people complain it was too loose so I made a second profile that was slightly larger for the ones who said theirs were loose.

Snaps inside the existing fan very easily. the holding tabs on the ends may be a little tight to allow for variances in the aux fan molded housing.  

It can easily be trimmed or sanded to make it fit perfectly for you if needed.
