Description
This fidget key spinner borrows the ergonomic curve of a karambit for a comfortable, confident grip. It prints as one part with a captive rotating center: no bearings, no assembly, no extra hardware. The profile doubles as a stylish keychain and a tactile fidget device.
The pack includes multiple inner‑ring diameters so the finger hole fits a wide range of users. The spinner uses a clearance of 0.30 mm between the rotating hub and the body to maximize print success across consumer FDM printers while preserving smooth rotation.
Printer seams and over‑extrusion can cause the hub to fuse with the body. If a print fuses, try lowering extruder flow by a few percent, increase the 0.30 mm clearance slightly, or tune seam/retraction settings. Small seam artifacts can block motion even when clearances are nominal.
Recommended materials are PETG or Nylon for durability and wear resistance; PLA is acceptable for quick demos but will wear faster. Print flat as instructed for best fidelity and no internal supports. Contact me for special sizes, custom fits, or variant requests.
Enjoy a ready‑to‑use, one‑print spinner that balances style, ergonomics, and print robustness.
