It’s Halloween time! And that means a new Mini Train Diorama is a must! No. 17 takes us with a ghost-train through a barren landscape around the cemetery, past dancing spirits, gravestones, and haunted houses.

 

Just like in the previous dioramas, turning the hand wheel on the side sends the little train chugging forward and sets the ghosts dancing around the cauldron.

 

Of course this diorama is “Beginner Kit Motor Box” and “CyberBrick Motor Box” compatible. And the new locomotive and wagon are compatible to the previous Dioramas and you can put the cute ghosts on the railway and start a hunt!

Printing:

Following PLA Basic Filaments are used 

Silver/Grey 

Cocoa Brown

Black

Mistletoe Green 

Bright Green (Cauldron)

Blue Grey (Train)

 

Other colors are possible of course, look what you have in stock. 

 

I think it could be easy done with single color, if you want to color from hand. 

 

I printed with a 0,4mm nozzle! Iam very pleased with the result, but you can try a 0,2 nozzle as well.

Assembly:

You need 6pcs round 4x2 magnets for the train with the wagons

and 2pcs round 4x2 magnets more for each ghost (up to 3).

1. Press the Tombstones and bushes in first
2. Glue the trees in. Little tip: Use heat to adjust the tree branches. I took a lighter, which worked well. Also it does not really matter if some branches brake.
3. Glue the two haunted houses to the spots
4. Place the train to the magnetic position and have fun 😀👍
