Description
Greetings, worthy artificers and perusers of the Maker's Guild. It is I, Sir Cadsalot.
Today, I present to you a baby stroller accessory in the shape of a horse head, which can be attached to a stroller for your children to practice their chivalric skills.
The design does not require AMS or glue and is 100% 3D printed. It utilizes both PLA (or similar material) and TPU, which is used for the bridle, mane, and stroller clamp. The flexibility of TPU is required for assembly.
The horse's mane can act as a simple, flexible sensory toy.
The design also features a Print-In-Place rein, which your young ones can use to direct their new equine friend.
Optionally, for an added effect, you can do a manual filament swap on the TPU parts, as can be seen in some photos.

Basic Assembly Procedure:
1. Print Everything and remove supports.
2. Slide the TPU mane through the slot in the back of the horse's head; the friction will increase as it approaches the end of the channel.
3. Take the Stroller Clamp and insert it into the hole in the bottom of the horse's head. The hole in the clamp should align with the hole at the horse's eyes.
4. Slide the horse's eyes through the slot on the horse's head (the fit should be very snug); this serves as a pin that secures the Stroller Clamp to the horse's head.
5. Slide one side of the Stroller Strap onto the barb on the Stroller Clamp directly under the horse's head. It should be secure and not fall out when shaken.
6. Place the Bridle over the horse's head as shown in the model photos and wrap the straps under the horse's chin. The ends of the Bridle work like a belt and can be tightened around the horse's head.
7. Attach the Reins to the corresponding loops on the sides of the Bridle. The rings at the end of the reins can be opened in a similar manner to a key chain ring.
8. Slot the Stroller Clamp on the cross bar of your stroller, such that your child can hold onto the reins, and secure it by wrapping the Stroller Strap around the remaining barb. The fit can be a bit loose, as I have found children like to turn the horse's head slightly by pulling on the reins.
I hope to update this design over time, Hopefully, better pictures to come soon.
Warning: While I have attempted to make this model as safe for children as possible, it is NOT an industry-tested product, so please use it with caution and do not allow a child to use it without supervision.
