Description
This is a fully 3D-printed utility knife. It is compact, features a minimalist design, and is ambidextrous. When pressing the blade ejection button, you will feel clear tactile "click" feedback with consistent resistance.
No supports are needed for printing. Assembly requires no tools, no additional hardware, and no glue. All parts are securely locked together via interlocking structures.
It is designed for the Stanley 9mm utility blade (Model: 11-300T-22).
Assembly Instructions:
1.Show all parts.
2.Insert the orange button (the part with 2 pins) into the white blade holder (the slotted piece with two holes of different sizes – you can't mix them up).
3.Pass the 9mm blade's hole over the smaller pin.
4.Cover it with the other white blade holder (the one without a slot).
5.Insert the other orange button from the opposite side. (Be careful with your fingers!!)
6.Place the blade holder assembly into the right-side shell, ensuring it is pressed firmly against the far-right position.
7.Join the left shell with the right shell. This is a two-step process – please refer to the diagram below for the operation.
If the final locking process feels too tight, use the method shown in the diagram below.(Note: Always ensure the blade faces downward to prevent accidental injury.)
