🧵 Recommended Materials
- Best choice (high-temp): Bambu Lab ASA (my prototype) or PA6-GF (glass-filled nylon) for superior heat and rigidity.
- Alternative: PETG or PLA for lower-temperature printers or unheated beds.
⚙️ With PA6-GF, you get extra strength and stability. With PLA, avoid using it on plates hotter than ~60 °C.
🖨️ Printer Compatibility
- Works perfectly on Bambu Lab printers (X1, P1, A1 series).
- Also compatible with any FDM printer with a standard-size bed.
- Ideal for cleaning purge lines, calibration prints, brims, skirts, and supports.
🧽 How to Use (30 seconds total)
- Clean: use the microfiber side to remove dust, fingerprints, and small glue/spray residues.
- Scrape: use the edge to lift purge lines, test prints, or supports — smooth, flat passes recommended.
- Finish: wipe again with the microfiber side to leave the plate spotless and ready for the next print.

Print the cutting template.
Place it over your microfiber cloth and trace the perimeter.
Cut the perimeter
To cut the circumferences properly, just fold the edges, make a cut in the center of the circumference with the scissors and cut out the circumference

🔧 How to install the microfiber pad
1 Place the cutted microfiber cloth and the 3d printed build plate cleaner&scraper like in this following pic.
2 Take in your hand the build plate cleaner&scraper keeping the tip facing forward , rotate it about 35° clockwise along the Z-AXIS and insert the left side of the microfiber pad into the center screw of the print plate cleaning scraper.
3 Now rotate the microfiber cloth placed on the build plate cleaner & scraper 180° degrees counterclockwise
4 Again rotate the microfiber cloth placed on the build plate cleaner & scraper 180° degrees counterclockwise and insert the right side of the microfiber pad into the center screw of the print plate cleaning scraper.
5 Rotate the top of the build plate cleaner scraper counterclockwise 180° and place it over the microfiber cloth.
6 Screw the bolt
⚠️ Tips & Safety
- Avoid pressing hard on very hot plates (> 90 °C).
- Use wide, flat passes on textured plates to prevent micro-scratches.
- Optionally smooth the scraper edge with fine sandpaper for a softer feel.
- Do not pry large prints aggressively — let the plate cool first or use a little water on textured surfaces.
