hybrid grip style sticks for M3-M5 thread radios

this is a remix of this model, for some reason remixes are turned off on it. my version makes it possible to use a normal M3-M5x16 screw(i only included the  M3 insert) instead of a threaded rod, when used with 2 nuts the thread lenght is 3mm so that the mental inserts in plastic gimballs dont break out. this also raises the the stick hight for more precision
