Hello Makers,

I'm excited to present another model from my "Gridfinity Anatomy" collection! This time, we're diving deep into neurology with this detailed model of a human brain hemisphere.

The model shows a sagittal view of the brain and is optimized for multi-color printing (e.g., with the Bambu Lab AMS). The different anatomical structures and lobes are separated by color to make learning and identification easier.

 

The model sits on an elegant stand that fits perfectly into the included 2x1 Gridfinity base. It's a fantastic educational tool for medical students, a great demonstration object for a doctor's office, or simply a fascinating display piece for anyone interested in the complexity of the human body.

Print Instructions:

This model is designed for multi-color printing but can also be printed as a single part and painted.

• Printer: Optimized for multi-color printers (Bambu Lab AMS recommended).
• Material: PLA or PETG
• Supports: Supports (tree supports recommended) are advised for the brain model, especially for the overhangs of the temporal lobe and cerebellum. Keep the orientation. I tried quite a few different orientations, this one is the best.
• Color Assignment: The .3mf file already includes the color assignments for Bambu Studio.
• Assembly: None required. Be careful when removing supports.
