The profile already has two pauses for magnets. 
Warning: if you want to make it compatible with magsafe, pay attention to the orientation of the magnets, only one orientation works at this distance between the two magnets. Try the magnets on your iPhone first, then insert them in the print.

In the raw files, you can find an stl for a fully 3D printed version withouth leather insert.
For the leather insert, cut a shape of 89x93mm. I then used biadhesive paper to apply it on the print.

You need some glue to put all parts together.
