External Spool Holder with Manual fila Feeder Base

An external manual retractable spool holder is a device that stores 3D printer filament, on a winding reel that can be pulled out and retracted by hand. These holders are external because they are separate units rather than being built into a machine. Some filaments like TPU very difficult to use and so much filament stuck problems through AMS. I have found some very good and useable design at Makerworld/Bambu store App but did not find any combination spool holder like manually retract without touching filament then I have decided to make combination mod which will fulfilled my option.

This model actually two parts, one part will take filament inside spool holder and another one will take filament inside the feeder motor. Normally its very useful for external spool holder or TPU filaments. Also its help to keep filament dry and free from any harmful debris contamination on filaments.

4x “608” bearing (22mm outer ⌀, 8mm inner ⌀, 7m thickness

3x M3 Heat Set Insert Long

3x M3x30mm Lenshead Screw/ Flat head

2x M3 Heat Set Insert Short

2x M3X10mm Flathead Screw

1x PTFE Tube Fitting 6 Thread

1x Thermo/Hygrometer Round/Rectangular or Zigbee SensorThats it.
