Description

First, I must give credit to Shinzuriki’s design; it’s brilliant. Head over to his page and give him a like and favourite his original model. While it was excellent, there was an issue with larger filament spools that would push the rollers into the top of the lid. This was mainly due to the roller being slightly oversized and the arm a bit short. To fix this, I streamlined the roller and arm and tightened up some tolerances. I also redesigned the elastic holding clip to accommodate some 6.35 x 22.2 springs I had lying around from another pusher design that was more complicated and required a lot of hardware. Finally, I created a new roller design that incorporates a TPU or other flexible filament sleeve. This provides a rubbery grip on the spools and a nicer overall finish to the setup.


I will only be posting my modified arms and rollers for this CFS spool pusher design. The rest can be downloaded from the original designer Shinzuriki.
