----2025.12.5 Update on Helmet Split Version. Further disassemble the helmet to create more (approximately 15%) expansion space within P1.
----2025.11.23 Added 6_Faulds_Wider Side Piece, the difference between it and the original version is shown below. Now, even with a larger waistline, it doesn't feel uncomfortably tight and it has hitted the maximum volume of P1.
----2025.11.20 A new strapped version of the cuirass and pauldron is now available. The cuirass consists of separate front and back pieces, worn just like the Shadow-Forged set. The pauldron is no longer attached to the cuirass, requiring separate wearing. This offers greater flexibility for different body types.
----2025.11.5 Congratulations to ffwarriorzfor being the world‘s first!
This time, the protagonist is still Sarwtin, who spends another half his time wearing this set, saying that it is really shinning🥳.
This post is the armor: Immortal Phoenix ; the sword is here: Crimson Dawn.
The full set consists of 9 parts. Because of the limitation of the website (file size ≤ 500M), I can only upload these STL files: the seperate Helmet and all left side piece of the other parts, don't forget to mirror them if you use them. I recommend to directly print with 3mf.
All the parts are compatible with A1 and above. These 3 parts have 2 versions(unibody & split): Helmet, Paldron, Greave. So some parts of them can print in one go with H2 series.
The overall proportions are based on a height of 180 cm. You may calculate the scaling ratio according to this: scaling ratio = (Your Height) ÷ 180
Since the 3D-printed armor is quite rigid, please let me know if any part doesn't fit you well. I can make adjustments when I have time.
About Print Profile:
All pieces have passed the non-glued plate test.
All profiles are pre-supported and can be printed directly.
Some pieces have highly specialised placement angles with minimal contact surfaces against the print bed. Therefore, it is advisable not to place them on one plate to ensure safety, even if you have a larger printer.
No obvious difference in appearance between PLA and PETG, but I recommend PETG for better toughness.
The components, printing times, and filaments consumption for the complete set are shown in the diagram below (based on PLA).
About Wearing:
See attached wearing guide for assembly and wearing, no screw or glue needed. However, if you enlarge the components, the tolerances will also increase, leading to looser assembly. This will necessitate the use of glue or additional tape to ensure a secure fit.
You need some nylon loop strapes (less than 4cm wide) or leather belts to wear the armor.
Default sizing(180cm tall) references for each section. Even on A1, there remains some room for enlargement (approximately 5%, accommodating individuals 190cm tall), whilst H2 allows for further scaling.
