This is a stone tablet with daedric text engraving. The daedric font is easy to download from the internet.

The stone tablet is created with makerlab image to 3D generator. 

The daedric text on the stone is a quote from a character from The Elder Scrolls the Dragon Priest Miraak.

The quote is

Note: You could paint the letters afterwards so they stand out more.
