Everydays 009 – Robot Vacuum Ramp

This print is designed to make life a little easier for your robot vacuum. It’s a simple but effective ramp system that helps your bot cross taller doorsteps smoothly. The design has a total height of 33 mm and a depth of 70 mm, giving most vacuum robots the perfect angle for stable climbing.

The set includes two corner pieces, one long connector (175 mm for compatibility with smaller printers), and one short connector — allowing flexible combinations for any doorway setup. A STEP file is also included so you can easily customize the dimensions to match your exact threshold.

A straightforward, functional design that’s easy to print, quick to assemble, and genuinely useful around the house. Created as part of my Everydays Challenge: designing, modeling, and printing something new each day to build both creativity and technical skills.
