Yak 141 2d Art / Multicolor print

2d art of the for its time advanced VTOL russian military plane “Yak 141”. I highly recommend only printing it with the use of an AMS, since all the details are lost otherwise. 

 

There are 2 print profiles, one which colors the sides as well and one without colored sides. There are only minor chnages in filament consumption so print the one you like. You can see the difference in the pictures (blue model is the one with the colored side). In the near future I will also upload one which both sides colored.

Filament: 

Any two colors will look great (f.e red / black or gray / white).

I recommend printing in PLA but PETG also works great. 

 

Presets: 

1: 

This is the version with colored sides. The model with blue as its secondary color was printed using this profile. 

Please keep in mind that this model is too large for A1 mini printers. To make it fit rotate at a 45 degree angle. 

You can also increase the preset to “0.16 optimal” for better results but the standard one should be just fine.

Consumption: 22,78g

 

2:

This is the version without the colored sides. The model with white as its secondary color was printed using this profile. 

Please keep in mind that this model is too large for A1 mini printers. To make it fit rotate at a 45 degree angle.

Consumption: 26.08 g
