Golf II GTI 1:18 body

This is my unfinished project of RC body of VW golf mk2.

The body is finished but You will need an rc components, get some plates for windows if You print the version with cutouts for them and some “glass” for lights etc.

It is in scale of 1:18 to original car. (maybe not perfectly scaled to correct size)

I wanted to build it someday but as I dont have time to finish it maybe someone here will find this helpful.

If You decide to build it then please let me know in the comments what parts You used and if possible post some photos as it may help other people who will print this.

It can be printed and used as diecast model but You will need to sand it, prime, paint, clear coat and make all the little details. The hood is modelled with thin gap so it can be popped and there can be placed detailed engine but as I say - it is unfinished project that I have no more time to spend on :(
