DJI Osmo Quick-Release V2 (Nano /Action series)

Hey everyone,

I made a complete Redesign of my Dji Osmo Quick-Release Model. I changed basically everything and now it is very similar to the off the shelf product from dji. 

It is fairly strong and holds up well. I advise to be careful when mounting a camera with accesories because it does come loose when beeing shaken fairly strong and having a bunch of weight hanging out far. That beeing said using only my Dji osmo Nano Camera Module i havent managed to get it to fall out. When shaking violently with the camera and vision dock mounted together i have managed to shake it loose.

You will require two 4-5mm x 20-35mm springs which i sourced from cheap ball point pens (see last picture). It is possible to intertwine 2 springs or use stiffer ones to achieve a stronger grip.

For assembly simly place the spring into the cutouts designed to hold it steady on both the main body and prong and then slide a cut piece of Filament (approx. 20mm) through the holes. I also used a lighter to melt down the ends of the filament and press it down so it wont come loose. Works without doing this as well tho.
