If you know bambu studio, then download the .3mf and just add the text (0,4mm thickness) you like to the right side of the personalizable card, merge it with the card and elevate it to 0,4 mm.

If you don't know how to do all that, you can print the card and write on it with a sharpie or print out the text on a regular printer and glue it on or lay it in the card.
