A bundle of bar themed coasters inspired by the vibe of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. This is a fan made tribute for personal use in your home bar or game room. Each coaster has a clean silhouette with bold iconography and crisp edges for easy printing and a tidy finish.

Print notes
- Size 103 mm diameter and 2.17 mm thick
- Layer height 0.20 mm
- Walls 3
- Infill 12 to 20 percent grid or gyroid
- Material PLA or PETG
- Bed adhesion none or small skirt
- Optional add a 0.6 to 1.0 mm negative emboss under the icon to help trap condensation
- For multi color map bodies in the 3MF or do a single filament swap at the first top color layer
Assembly and finishing
- Backing: 4 inch self adhesive cork circles. This matches the product you linked.
- Fit: The coasters are sized for these backers at default scale for a flush fit. Trimming is not required.
- Tuning if needed: If your printer runs slightly tight or loose adjust horizontal expansion by plus or minus 0.2 to 0.4 mm or scale between 99 and 101 percent
- Application: Clean the underside with isopropyl alcohol. Peel the liner. Align the cork edge to edge with the base. Press from the center outward to remove air. Burnish with a roller or a spoon for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Adhesion boost optional: The stock adhesive is usually enough. For heavy bar use apply a light mist of 3M 77 or a thin coat of contact cement and follow the cure time.
