The Ultimate Two-Stroke Airbox

This is a modular Airbox Design which has mainly been designed for use with Moped Two-Stroke Engines. Common brands are Sachs, Ciao or Puch.

The modularity allows combining different pieces according two your wishes, this also allows extremely quick testing.

Assembly Instructions

• For Testing it is recomend to screw the different pieces together and seal the with some tape.
• For the final version it is recomended to apply glue before screwing the parts together.

Adapters

Adapters are the connecting pieces in between the carburator and this Airbox.

Tubes

Tubes can be uses to change the length of the Airbox, this also changes the total volume of the filter. The tubes can also be used to change distances in between other components.

Deflectors (Prellwand)

Most moped Airboxes have a deflector wall right before the carburator. 

There is a Single Deflector Piece available with different sizes of deflectors. Increasing the size of the deflector will lower the airflow.

Inlets

Inlets can be combined according to your needs. There are inlets available with 1-4 inlet spots. Also, different lengths and diameters of inlet tubes can be mounted.

End Caps

End Cap needed as the final piece to close the Airbox.

Filters

Currently there is a mount available for the 52mm diameter standard filter which is commonly used in moped airboxes.
