EyeTrackVR Mute's Valve Index holders (remix)

Remixed Mute's index holders; the changes include:

- Custom LED holders that hold only the LED itself, also available in V4kit holder versions.

- LED holders are arranged in PhysDude's pattern.

- PhysDude's cam holder has been changed to hold the camera by itself, by the sides, and supports it from the back; no hot glue or superglue is needed. It is also sturdier and won't break so easily. The holder is available for both 130deg and 160deg cameras.

- Added my own base that has the exact angle of the index lenses. (The lens is smaller at the "top" and widens towards the "bottom.") The fit should be as good and snug as it can get.

Choose the one you need depending on the camera lens (130 or 160deg) and the type of LED mounting system you are going to use.
